What we ship
Seven core lines, milled to your grade and packed to your market. If your buyer works to a specification we do not list, send it over — most requests are straightforward to match.
-
U.S. Long Grain White Rice
Milled, polished — Arkansas & Louisiana
The backbone of American rice exports. Slender kernels that cook dry, firm and separate, which makes it the default choice for foodservice, repacking and retail programmes in almost every market we serve.
-
U.S. Long Grain Parboiled Rice
Steam-treated before milling
Soaked, steamed and dried in the husk before milling, so more of the nutrients stay in the kernel and the grain holds its shape under long cooking. Our most requested grade for West Africa and the Gulf.
-
Calrose Medium Grain Rice
California-grown, japonica type
Shorter, plumper kernels with a soft, slightly clinging texture once cooked. The standard for sushi, kimbap, risotto-style dishes and rice pudding, and a long-established favourite across North Asia and Turkey.
-
U.S. Jasmine-Type Aromatic Rice
Jazzman and related varieties
American-bred aromatic long grain with the soft texture and popcorn-like fragrance buyers expect from jasmine, grown and milled under U.S. food safety oversight.
-
U.S. Basmati-Type Aromatic Rice
Texmati and related varieties
Extra-long slender kernels that elongate on cooking and stay separate. Suited to premium retail lines and to buyers who need an aromatic basmati profile from a U.S. origin.
-
U.S. Long Grain Brown Rice
Husked only, bran layer intact
Whole grain with the bran retained, so it carries more fibre and a firmer bite. Shipped on shorter lead times to protect shelf life, and available in both long and medium grain.
-
Broken Rice & Rice Fractions
Graded 25%, 50% and 100% broken
Consistently graded broken kernels for brewing, snack and noodle manufacture, pet food and rice flour milling. Sold by fraction size against your own specification.

Documented, inspected, cleared
Rice moves on paperwork as much as it moves on water. A missing certificate at the destination port costs more in demurrage than it ever saves at origin, so we prepare the full document set before the container is sealed and courier originals the same week the vessel sails.
Loading is witnessed by an independent surveyor. You receive the inspection certificate, the sealed sample retained at origin and photographic records of stuffing with your document pack.
Included with every shipment
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Clean on-board bill of lading
- Certificate of origin
- USDA APHIS phytosanitary certificate
- Fumigation certificate
- Independent quality and weight certificate
- Non-GMO declaration
- Halal or Kosher certification on request
